What You’ll Do

Identify New Opportunities: Proactively uncover and pursue business opportunities within the financial advisory ecosystem.

  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and nurture authentic connections with financial advisors, wealth management firms, and other key industry players.
  • Market Positioning: Collaborate with internal teams to craft and execute strategies that position Neutral’s comprehensive suite of services as the clear choice in the market.
  • Drive Engagement: Leverage your deep market knowledge to differentiate our offerings, ensuring advisors understand the tangible benefits of partnering with us.
  • Represent with Authenticity: Act as a trusted ambassador for Neutral, consistently exceeding client expectations and reinforcing our commitment to genuine, client-first service.

Who You Are

  • A motivated self-starter with a proven track record in business development or sales within the financial services sector.
  • Possess 5+ years of relevant experience and a well-established network within the financial advisory community.
  • ​An excellent communicator who connects easily with professionals at all levels—your confidence and authenticity shine in every conversation.
  • ​Passionate about financial innovation and committed to delivering measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
  • ​Highly organized, with strong planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
