On April 16 at 2 PM, we’re marking the completion of the building’s structure and its topping out at the 4th story. This project brings 33 high-quality, sustainable homes to downtown Madison—an expression of Neutral’s vision for “middle housing.” Come witness the installation of the final mass timber (CLT) roof panels, enjoy a construction tour, and celebrate the progress with us.
