Neutral has submitted a response to the City of Madison request for proposals for the redevelopment of Block 113 Brayton Lot.
As a Madison-based developer, we are excited to be considered for this opportunity to help shape a more sustainable, accessible, and healthier city core. Our proposal aims to create new jobs, provide attainable housing, and establish public spaces that will be enjoyed by residents and visitors year-round.
